Pramita Paul is a Customer Service Specialist at Etihad since June 2023 and has been serving as a Customer Service Agent in the aviation sector at Gulf Air since December 2019. Pramita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in physics, chemistry, and mathematics from West Bengal State University, completed in 2019, and attended Khantura Girl's High School from 2008 to 2016.
