Salwa Seloua

Salwa Seloua has over a decade of experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as a Crew Performance and Operation Manager at Etihad since February 2012. In this role, Salwa is responsible for managing crew performance and ensuring operational compliance. Previously, as a Line Manager, Salwa observed and evaluated Onboard Leaders' performance, ensured adherence to airline safety and service standards, and identified training needs. Prior experience includes roles as Cabin Senior and Cabin Crew at Qatar Airways, along with a position as a Sales Agent at Touli Trading. Salwa holds a Diploma in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Mohamed V University, completed between 2005 and 2007.
