Sunil Joshua currently serves as Manager of Learning and Development for Operations Training at Etihad Airways, where responsibilities include overseeing frontline systems training for over 12,000 staff across more than 60 global locations. Sunil has held various leadership roles at Etihad, notably as Domain Head for the Passenger Services Systems (PSS) project, leading significant training initiatives impacting thousands of employees worldwide. Additionally, Sunil has experience in recruitment and designing commercial training programs for frontline staff. Prior experience includes working as a Team Leader at Emirates Airline and serving as Chef de Partie at Taj Hotels. Sunil holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management and a Diploma in Hotel Management from IHMCT Kovalam.
