Majed Abdulkarim Julfar

Majed Abdulkarim Julfar is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in trade credit insurance, corporate, and investment banking. Currently serving as the Director of Trade Credit Insurance & Export Financing at Etihad Credit Insurance since March 2019, Majed has held several key positions in leading financial institutions, including Head of UAE Coverage at Deutsche Bank and CEO of Financial Services at Univest Group. Previous roles also encompass Vice President of Investment Banking at Emirates NBD and General Manager of Securities at Dubai Bank, showcasing a robust background in asset management and financial services. Majed holds a Higher Diploma in Hardware Engineering from South Kent College of Technology, completed between 1994 and 1997.
