Ahmed Jasem al-Mansoori

Ahmed Jasem Al-Mansoori has an extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the procurement and internal audit functions.

Ahmed started their career in 1995 at ADNOC, where they held positions as a Contracts Engineer and later as the Head of the Contracts Department. Ahmed was also appointed as the Acting Head of the Procurement Support Department, where they provided management and administrative support to internal procurement teams.

In 2005, Ahmed joined ESNAAD as the Manager of the Procurement Services Department. Ahmed then moved on to ZADCO in 2007, where they served as the Vice President of Commercial (Procurement) and led the centralized management of the company's commercial activities.

Since 2013, Ahmed has been working at Etihad Rail, where they held various roles including Chief of Internal Audit, Executive Director of Procurement, and Acting Chief Executive Officer. In these roles, they have demonstrated their expertise in strategic management, contract negotiation, and project execution.

Ahmed Jasem Al-Mansoori completed their Bachelor in Engineering in Chemical (Process) Engineering from United Arab Emirates University, graduating in 1995. Ahmed has also obtained several additional certifications in various areas. In July 2021, they received a Risk Based Internal Auditor Diploma from LEORON Institute, which is ANSI accredited. In August 2021, they completed the courses "Auditing I: Conceptual Foundations of Auditing" from Coursera, offered by the University of Illinois, and "Critical Thinking Skills for the Professional" from Coursera, offered by the University of California, Davis. In June 2021, they completed the course "Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence" from Coursera, offered by Case Western Reserve University. In July 2020, they completed the course "Leading Teams" from Coursera, offered by Michigan University. Additionally, in September 2023, they are expected to receive a Diploma Certificate from Audit Trial Academy, sponsored by the UAE IIA (ADQ Sponsored). The Academy is run by Richard F. Chambers.
