Ahmed Binsahoo Alsuwaidi

Ahmed BinSahoo Alsuwaidi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in asset management within the electricity sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management at EtihadWE since May 2015, Ahmed has held various roles including Strategic Planning Manager, Senior Planning Engineer, and Planning Engineer, focusing on load growth analysis and project costing for transmission and distribution. Ahmed is also an alumnus of the UAE Government Leaders Program, enhancing leadership skills from October 2017 to June 2018. Prior experience includes a position as Field Application Engineer at Schlumberger, supporting engineering teams in drilling decision-making. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and a Master's degree in Engineering Systems Management from the American University of Sharjah.
