Karumaviran Velaudan

Karumaviran Velaudan is currently the Talent Development & Learning Team Lead at Kerry since November 2021. Prior to that, Karumaviran was the Manager Talent Management at Etika Group of Companies from June 2015 to present and held the position of Senior Learning & Development Manager at Aegis Malaysia from January 2000 to May 2015. Additionally, from March 2004 to December 2006, Karumaviran worked as a Trainer & QA Specialist at SRG Asia Pacific, providing product, soft skills, and quality training to Maxis and Astro agents. Karumaviran has achieved notable successes in achieving consistent batch throughput, high first pass accuracy rates, and low team attrition rates throughout their career.
