Muhammad Nur Taufiq Mohamad Ismail has a background in information technology with a focus on networking and system administration, having completed a degree at Politeknik Mersing from 2017 to 2020. Currently serving as a Support Engineer at Etika Group of Companies since June 2022, Muhammad is responsible for troubleshooting network issues related to switches, access points, and servers, as well as setting up servers and managing authorizations in Active Directory. Previously, Muhammad worked at CIMB from December 2019 to May 2021 as a TCB Digital Associate, where responsibilities included monitoring the CIMB Clicks application, assisting with database server tasks, learning programming languages such as TypeScript and NodeJS, and helping with error checks on the application. Muhammad also gained experience during an internship in production support.
