Brendan Whittaker

Brendan Whittaker is an experienced professional in client services and account management, currently serving as the Director of Client Services at eTip since August 2023, where the focus is on enhancing employee earnings and improving guest experiences in the hospitality sector. Prior to this role, Brendan spent over a decade at Grubhub in various managerial positions, including Manager of Scaled Client Success, where strategies for revenue protection and growth for 5,000 corporate accounts were developed. Previous roles at Grubhub included building an Enablement team for process improvement and managing Client Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction and revenue retention. Brendan's career also includes significant experience at Tiffany & Co. as a Corporate Account Manager, consulting on recognition and incentive programs, as well as marketing roles at The Princeton Review and Kaplan, Inc. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising & Public Relations from the University of Central Florida.
