Janice Lo is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in product implementation and new business processing. Currently serving as a Product Implementation Specialist at Etiqa Insurance Singapore since March 2022, Janice is responsible for supporting the successful implementation of new product launches and related campaigns, ensuring effective communication with various business users, and handling User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
