Shaimaa Allam

Shaimaa Allam has over 15 years of experience in operations management, currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at ETISAL International Group since August 2008, where a progressive career includes roles such as Operation Account Manager, Operation Senior Supervisor, and Operation Team Leader. Prior to joining ETISAL, Shaimaa worked as a Call Center Agent at Vodafone Egypt from March 2007 to August 2008. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Judicial Sciences from 2006 and a law degree from Tanta University, earned in 2005, both achieved with a "Good" distinction, complemented by further training at the 8 Gates Education Center in 2015.
