Esraa Hafez, MBA, currently serves as a Marketing Executive and has held various titles including Admin Travel Events Section Head and Office Manager at Etisal since June 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Secretary at Le-passage Cairo Hotel from January 2010 to present, where responsibilities involved organizing office work and ensuring documentation efficiency. Esraa also worked as an Assistant Administrative at Excellent Computer Company from January 2007 to May 2008, handling calls and client inquiries, and as a Customer Service representative at Citi from June 2006 to June 2007, focusing on call management and sales targets.
