Kazem Momand

Kazem Momand, MBA, is an experienced professional specializing in Enterprise Risk Management at Etisalat Afghanistan since December 2018, where responsibilities include designing and implementing ERM procedures and conducting risk assessments. From February 2009 to August 2016, Kazem held various roles within Etisalat, including CC Outsource Project Supervisor and Senior Quality and Development Analyst, focusing on training needs assessment, training delivery, and quality assurance for customer care staff. Kazem's career also includes experience as a teacher and technical trainer at Central Work Shop, a translator for the US Army, and an instructor at SELCA. Kazem holds an MBA in Management and Leadership from Kardan University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Kabul University.
