Matiullah Khalliqie

Matiullah Khalliqie is an experienced professional in information technology and security, currently serving as the Manager of Internal Audit - Information Technology at Etisalat Afghanistan since January 2022, after holding the position of Assistant Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes working as the Lead Information Security Officer for FinTech at MTN Afghanistan, where responsibilities encompassed implementing security standards and managing risk assessments for financial technology platforms. Matiullah has also held roles such as Sr. Analyst IT Security at Etisalat Afghanistan and Information Security Analyst at the National Statistics and Information Authority, focusing on cybersecurity measures and incident investigations. Additional experience includes developing IT security frameworks at Azizi Bank and lecturing on various IT subjects at Jahan University. Matiullah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar.
