With a strong background in IT and operations, Ahmed has effectively managed daily operations for various teams and supported critical systems related to customer issues, subscriptions, and network performance. Prior roles include co-founder and software engineer at Lifesource-eg, IT Technical Support Engineer with the Egyptian Armed Forces, and various positions in public relations and student ambassador capacities.
