Ayman Ibrahim

Ayman Ibrahim is a skilled professional in the field of telecommunications and contact center applications, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at e& Egypt since July 2022. With experience in operational monitoring, administration, and configuration of large-scale multi-channel Contact Center environments using Genesys systems, Ayman provides technical support and troubleshooting services in alignment with service level agreements.
