Haitham Taie

Haitham Taie serves as the IT Infrastructure and Operations Director at Etisalat Misr since March 2018, overseeing IT infrastructure, including systems, databases, storage, network, cloud, and disaster recovery. Additionally, Haitham has a long tenure at Vodafone Egypt starting in June 2003, with roles such as Senior Manager in Business Intelligence and Data & Services Support, managing fault and incident handling, service operational KPIs, and ensuring quality standards. Other roles at Vodafone include management of mobile and fixed Internet services, data center operations, and enterprise application support. Haitham holds an MBA from The University of Edinburgh and multiple degrees from Cairo University, including a Bachelor's in Electrical Power and Machines, complemented with ITIL Service Manager certification.
