Mohamed Eltamimy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and social media management. Currently serving as a Customer Care Social Media Senior Advisor at Etisalat Egypt since December 2021, Mohamed develops social media content plans, creates engaging content across platforms, and enhances customer interaction. Previously, roles included Performance Reporting Analyst, High Value Senior Advisor, and Young Professional Advisor at Etisalat Misr.
