Mukhtar Ahmad is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in project management and software development. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Etisalat Services Holding LLC since September 2013, Mukhtar previously held the position of Senior Programmer at EDCH Etisalat from April 2007 to August 2013. Early in the career, Mukhtar worked as an IT Officer/System Administrator at NCHD Pakistan, focusing on network management and IT support, and as a Programmer at Navicosoft, specializing in programming and database development. Mukhtar holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from PIMST Karachi, obtained between 2001 and 2002.
