Dr. Ayman Elnashar

Dr. Ayman Elnashar, PhD/EMBA, is the Vice President of Technology Strategy, Architecture and Innovation at e& UAE since May 2023, directing the formulation and execution of a comprehensive technology strategy for both B2C and B2B segments. Previously, Dr. Elnashar served at du from January 2008 to April 2023 in various leadership roles, including Vice President and Head of Technology Architecture, where responsibilities encompassed the innovation and delivery across technology domains, overseeing core network planning and cloud transformation. Dr. Elnashar's career spans positions at Mobily, Orange, and Motorola Solutions, with expertise in mobile and wireless networks, design and implementation of wireless systems, and project management. Academic credentials include a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Alexandria University, a PhD in Electrical Communications Engineering from Mansoura University, and an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, alongside additional studies at Columbia Business School.
