Kevin Brosseau

Kevin Brosseau has extensive work experience in various roles within the ticketing service industry. Kevin started their career in 2010 at Monthly Payment Plan as an Office Staff member. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at Carolina RailHawks where they held roles such as Box Office Game Day Staff, Ticket Manager, and Account Executive. In these positions, Kevin managed the box office and sales department, sold season ticket and group packages, and developed relationships with clients and youth soccer clubs. In 2010, they also briefly worked at Child Care Services Association as an Office Staff member.

Kevin joined Etix in 2010 and held several positions during their tenure. Kevin started as a Client Training/Client Services representative where they focused on training clients and ensuring a user-friendly platform. Kevin then moved on to become the Manager of Client Services, where they played a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and overseeing international operations. In 2017, Kevin was promoted to Director of Client Success, leading the Client Services team across multiple locations and overseeing client onboarding and feature adoption. Currently, they hold the position of Product Owner at Etix, where they are responsible for managing and executing new client features and initiatives.

Kevin Brosseau's education history begins in 1999 when they attended Rice Memorial High School. After completing their high school education in 2003, they went on to Barton College, where they studied Sports Management and Business Administration. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in both fields of study, without specifying a particular degree name. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a PMC Level I certification from Pragmatic Institute in June 2023.
