Alperen Balık

Alperen Balık started their work experience in 2018 at sahibinden.com as a Junior Data Scientist. Alperen then worked as a Data Science Blogger at Veri Bilimi Okulu from 2018 to present. In 2019, they joined Türkiye Otomobil Sporları Federasyonu I TOSFED as a Race Marshal, a position they held until August 2021. Currently, Alperen works at Etiya as a Software Specialist in Artificial Intelligence Research & Development starting in July 2021.

Alperen Balık completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics at Yildiz Technical University from 2014 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in various areas, including Interactive Python Dashboards with Plotly and Dash from Udemy in October 2019, Object-Oriented Programming in Python, Parallel Computing with Dask, Software Engineering for Data Scientists in Python, and Deep Learning in Python Course from DataCamp in 2019. Furthermore, they have obtained certifications in Supervised Learning with scikit-learn Course and A/B Testing in R Course from DataCamp in 2018. Alperen also completed the Python Programming Track, Building Dashboards with shinydashboard, and Building Web Applications in R with Shiny Course from DataCamp in 2018.
