Duygu Derya

Duygu Derya has worked in multiple roles throughout their career. Duygu started their professional journey as a Stajyer Matematik Öğretmeni at Özel Şarköy Etüt Merkezi in 2016. Later, in 2019, they joined GURU Sistem Yönetim ve Yazılım as a Business Analyst & Test Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing and resolving customer requests for an ERP application, as well as documenting and reporting new developments to developers. Duygu also actively participated in software process tracking, testing, and delivering solutions to customers. Additionally, they worked on the integration, functionality, user training, and monitoring of innovations for the ERP application's E-Transformation (E-Archive, E-Invoice, E-Ledger, and E-Waybill) module. In 2021, Duygu joined Etiya as a Senior Software Quality Assurance professional. As part of the Ezberbozan Project, they analyzed the project documentation, identified areas for improvement, and successfully completed the project with the least number of defects. Duygu then transitioned to the role of a Senior Business Analyst, where they worked on the Türk Telekom - Omni Channel Project. Duygu participated in Agile (Scrum) methodology and successfully launched Phase 1 of the project.

Duygu Derya has a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Mimar Sinan University of Fine Arts, which they obtained from 2015 to 2019. Prior to attending university, they studied at Tekirdağ Anadolu Lisesi from 2010 to 2014, although the specific degree and field of study are not provided.
