İpek Şanal has a diverse work experience in various industries. İpek started their career at Arçelik Global as an Engineering Intern, where they gained hands-on experience in the production line of the dishwasher plant. İpek then interned as an Engineer at TürkTraktör, focusing on innovation and advanced technology in the company's Innovation and Advanced Technology department. After that, İpek worked as an Intern at Gayret Makina, where they developed a system for cost estimation using inventory classification methods.
