İrem Yıldırım

İrem Yıldırım started their work experience as a Sales Representative at Boyner Buyuk Magazacilik A.S. in July 2015. İrem'sresponsibilities included reaching monthly sales targets, dealing with foreign customers, supporting the Customer Services Team, and preparing new products for the department.

In August 2019, İrem worked as a Software Intern at Obase Inc, where they gained knowledge about software and work life. İrem had the opportunity to learn about the working culture of corporate companies, examine projects closely, and acquire knowledge about ASP.

İrem then transitioned to the role of Software Support Engineer at PEAKUP in November 2020. İrem'sresponsibilities included providing support for software-related issues. İrem worked in this role until September 2021.

İrem Yıldırım completed their education at Yildiz Technical University from 2015 to 2021, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics Engineering. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications in 2022, including Business Process Framework (eTOM) Foundation, Fundamentals of Customer Centricity, Information Framework (SID) Fundamentals, Open Digital Framework (ODF), and TM Forum Open API Fundamentals.
