Merve Tokuş

Merve Tokuş has a diverse range of work experience. Merve started their career as an intern at Kale Kilit ve Kalıp Sanayi in 2014, where they gained hands-on experience in production processes and performed measurement tasks using production equipment. Merve also prepared detailed production flow diagrams for the main product of the factory. A few months later, they interned at Servodata A.Ş., further enhancing their skills.

In 2016, Merve became an intern at Ontex, where they focused on preparing detailed production flow diagrams, observing research and development activities, production planning, and quality management techniques. Merve also gained experience in cost analysis and cost accounting related to production.

In 2017, Merve attended the NBUY program organized by Bilge Adam and Çalışma ve Sosyal Güvenlik Bakanlığı / İşKUR, where they received training in various information technology fields. During this time, they worked on projects involving data analysis, reporting, database design, and detailed business analysis documentation using Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Basic, and other Microsoft programming environments.

After completing the NBUY program, Merve worked as a Business Support Analyst at Paladyum Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. from January 2018 to February 2019. In this role, they utilized their skills in business analysis and provided support for various projects.

Most recently, Merve joined Etiya in March 2019, initially as a Senior Software Quality Assurance and later promoted to Principal Software Quality Assurance. Merve is currently holding the position and actively contributing to the company's software quality assurance processes.

Throughout their career, Merve has gained expertise in various tools and methodologies such as Microsoft Office Excel VBA, documentation techniques, project management tools, Scrum, requirement engineering, and test processes.

Merve Tokuş has a strong educational background in the fields of information technology, industrial engineering, and business management. Merve Tokuş obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from Yıldız Technical University Faculty of Science and Technology between the years 2018 and 2023. Prior to that, Merve Tokuş completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Dumlupınar University between the years 2012 and 2016. Additionally, Merve Tokuş pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Istanbul University starting in 2015. It is unclear when this degree was completed.

In addition to the academic qualifications, Merve Tokuş has obtained certifications related to customer centricity and the Open Digital Framework. Merve Tokuş received certification in "Fundamentals of Customer Centricity" and "Open Digital Framework (ODF) Overview" from TM Forum in October 2022.
