Selçuk Kaçak has a diverse work experience in software development and management. Selçuk started their career as a Software Specialist at Kule Bilişim in June 2011, where they worked on developing B2B and B2C systems integrated with Mikro ERP software. In June 2012, they joined Garanti Bank as a Software Specialist, working on the FCR (First Call Resolution) project to evaluate customer satisfaction and improve the Call Center operations.

In October 2012, Selçuk started working at Etiya as a Senior Software Developer on the Telaura CRM Suite project, which involved developing Telco CRM components based on the BSS needs of a telecom operator. Selçuk then took on the role of Software Team Lead in the same project from November 2015 to March 2019. As a Software Team Lead, Selçuk was responsible for managing the development team and overseeing the project's progress.

Subsequently, Selçuk became the Development Team Lead for the Marvel project at Etiya from March 2019 to February 2021. The Marvel project focused on developing an application with components of Marvel CRM, tailored to the BSS needs of a Canadian telecom operator.

Currently, Selçuk works as a Software Manager in product development at Etiya, overseeing backend development, frontend development, and functional testing steps. The product developed by their team serves as a base for other projects and is designed to meet the BSS needs of telecom operators.

Selçuk Kaçak earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Engineering from Trakya University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained various certifications from Etiya. In May 2017, they completed the "Frameworx Overview" certification and the "Information Framework (SID) Foundation Level" certification. In May 2019, they obtained the "TM Forum Open API Fundamentals" certification, and in November 2019, they completed the "TOGAF® Certification Program." Selçuk'smost recent certification, the "TM Forum Open API Foundation Level," was obtained in December 2019.
