Jess Winn

Jess Winn is a Learning & Development Business Partner at ETL Systems since March 2024, having successfully launched a new Learning Management System (LMS) shortly after joining. Prior experience includes serving as a Learning and Development Partner at TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods from March 2022 to November 2023, where Jess collaborated across global regions to create impactful learning solutions aligned with business strategies. Previously, in a six-year tenure at Assurant, Jess was a partner in the Learning and Development team post-acquisition of TWG, working closely with senior leaders. Jess also held various roles at The Warranty Group, leading teams in claims management and operational training. Education includes A Levels from Royal Forest of Dean College completed between 2005 and 2007.
