Derek McCullough

Derek McCullough, MBA has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Derek is currently the Director of Operations at Etnyre International, Ltd. starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at E.D. Etnyre & Co. where they held multiple roles including Director of Quality and Anderson Operations, Continuous Improvement Manager, Senior Product Engineer, and Product Development Engineer. Before joining E.D. Etnyre & Co., Derek worked as a Student Engineer at Hamilton Sundstrand, where they gained valuable experience in analyzing heat maps of electronics packaging for the aerospace industry and managing Job Instruction Sheets for the Ram Air Turbine assembly area. Throughout their career, Derek has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and engineering skills.

Derek McCullough, MBA, completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Rockford University from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, from 2005 to 2010.
