Steve Optebeke

Steve Optebeke has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Steve started their career as a Sr Electro-Mechanical Technician at Honeywell in 1985 and worked in various engineering roles, including Engineering Associate, Product Test Engineer, Product Quality Engineer, and Sr. Manufacturing Engineer. During this time, they supported and maintained multiple production lines, utilizing Six Sigma tools to improve quality and reduce cycle time. In 2005, they transitioned to Value Engineering as a Sr. Project Engineer and later worked as a Sr. Program Manager, overseeing a portfolio of projects and collaborating with different business units. From 2016 to 2020, they served as the NPD Sr. Engineering Program Manager at Honeywell, leading new product introductions for the Cockpit Systems Next Generation Avionics product line. In 2020, they joined Maricopa County Customs as an Owner Operator, specializing in custom metal fabrication and engineering. Recently, in 2021, they joined ETNYRE INTERNATIONAL, LTD as the Director of Engineering.

Steve Optebeke has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University. Additionally, they hold an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Glendale Community College.
