Derek McCullough, MBA has a diverse work experience in the engineering and operations field. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Student Engineer at Hamilton Sundstrand, where they analyzed heat maps and managed job instruction sheets. In 2010, they joined E.D. Etnyre & Co. as a Product Development Engineer and later became a Senior Product Engineer, responsible for managing new production unit releases and product development projects. Derek also held the role of Continuous Improvement Manager, focusing on process improvement. Most recently, Derek joined Etnyre International, Ltd. in 2023 as the Director of Operations.
Derek McCullough, MBA, obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Rockford University. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
