Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Buyer and Buyer at Toyota Motor Europe, with responsibilities across various commodities and substantial spend management, and as a Strategic Buyer at Sabena Technics. Tom also worked as an Assistant to the Managing Director at Pelsmaekers NV. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commercial Sciences and a Master of Business Administration from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
