Pankaj Patel

Pankaj Patel has over 20 years of experience in supply chain, operations, and manufacturing. Pankaj is currently the Director of Global Supply Chain for Construction Adhesives at H.B. Fuller since 2023. Prior to their current role, they worked at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from 2001 to 2023, holding various leadership positions. These included Director of Strategic Initiatives, Supply Chain Director for the Consumer Tire Business, Director of Americas S&OP Integration, Director of Supply Planning for EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), Director of Global Sales and Operations Planning, Director of Supply Chain and Logistics for Goodyear Dunlop, and Director of Global Supply Chain for Off The Road Tires. Before joining Goodyear, Pankaj worked as a Project Manager at UTSI International Corporation from 1997 to 2001, where they were recognized for their work in developing innovative leak detection algorithms.

Pankaj Patel obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Statistics from the University of Connecticut in 1996. Pankaj then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Computer Science at the University of Houston-Clear Lake from 1998 to 1999. In 1999, they completed their Master of Business Administration in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Rice University. Pankaj Patel also holds a High School Diploma from Oshwal High School in Nairobi, Kenya. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the "Driving World Class Operational Performance" certification from Milliken & Company in 2013, the "Leadership Development Program" certification from The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in 2007, and the "Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)" certification from APICS in 2004.
