Rachel Read is currently the Director of Insight and Business Improvement at ETOA - European tourism association. Rachel leads ETOA's research and insight programme, as well as implementing Salesforce Fonteva into the organization. Previously, Rachel worked at dunnhumby as the Insight Director for Tesco Digital, Publications, and Retail Media. Rachel has extensive experience in media insight and evaluation, as well as managing teams and developing strategic partnerships. Rachel has a background in Ecommerce management, tour directing, and tour operations management. Rachel holds a MSc in Operational Research from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BSc in Mathematics with European Languages from UCL.
