Alex Zanetti

Alex Zanetti is a board member at Eton Academy. Alex was previously with North American Bancard, where they worked as a senior analyst in the company's merger and acquisitions department.

At North American Bancard, Zanetti was responsible for evaluating prospective deals and preparing summary reports on target companies' financials and KPIs. Alex also ran the due diligence process for potential acquisitions, identifying synergies and developing investment memorandums for review by the executive team. In addition, Zanetti coordinated across all relevant business segments during internal deal due diligence processes.

During their time with the company, Zanetti evaluated over 100 companies and developed and maintained an internal target list of over 3,000 companies. Alex also assisted with various ad-hoc strategic finance projects, such as lender presentations and monthly industry analysis.

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Zanetti assisted the company's FP&A department with monthly reporting and revamped the procurement and deployment process.

Alex Zanetti attended the University of Tampa, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Accounting from the John H. Sykes College of Business.
