Alissa Shea is a skilled Laboratory Technician at Eton Bioscience since October 2020, with prior experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of New Hampshire from January 2018 to May 2020. During this time, Alissa contributed to research on cyanobacteria toxin accumulation in aquatic ecosystems, investigating the effects of BMAA exposure on Northern Gannets and Great Shearwaters, and exploring the role of biomagnification in the deaths of Common Loons in Province Lake, NH. Additionally, Alissa served as a Research Assistant Intern in an interdisciplinary project addressing coastal and marine resource management, focusing on the interactions between social and ecological systems.
