Lily Chen has extensive work experience in the education industry. Lily started their career in 2008 as an Academic Manager and Operations Manager at Tianjin University Ren'ai Academy. Lily then worked at Compass Educational Group Company as the Marketing Director and Training Center Director from 2009 to 2011. After that, they joined Disney English as a Center Manager from 2011 to 2016. Lily then moved on to EF Education First, where they served as a Center General Manager from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Etonkids Educational Group as the National Director of Operations and New Business Development. Their most recent positions include being an Operations Director at Kids Academy (KA) since November 2019 and currently at GROWLA since May 2021.
Lily Chen attended Tianjin Polytechnic University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Economics.
