Wayne Wu

Wayne (Wing Keung) Wu is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor and technology industries with extensive experience in Silicon Product leadership, SoC and ASIC design, and Optical Communication. Currently serving as VP at eTopus Technology since April 2025, Wayne has previously held key roles as VP of EIC at Lightelligence and as GM and Co-Founder at Ark AI, focusing on AI-driven optical SoC and medical-grade MCU development, respectively. With a background encompassing senior positions at Western Digital and Atmel Corporation, Wayne has led large teams in high-volume environments and contributed significantly to the development of advanced integrated solutions across various sectors, including healthcare, consumer electronics, and IoT. Wayne's educational achievements include an MBA from The University of British Columbia and a Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Concordia University, supplemented by executive training in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
