Hila Shifrin-Edri is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development management and technical project leadership. Currently serving as the R&D Group Manager at eToro since March 2021, Hila leads a group of 25 personnel across four feature teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration to optimize project timelines and align with business goals. Previously, Hila held the position of Technical Program Management Team Leader, overseeing a team of technical project managers and managing a workforce of over 100 individuals while promoting Agile methodologies. Prior experience includes roles as R&D Group Manager and R&D Team Leader at the Israel Defense Forces, where Hila managed mission-critical systems and led development teams. Hila's technical foundation was established as a Full Stack Developer at the Israel Defense Forces, and academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The College of Management Academic Studies, obtained in 2019.
