Dave Cass is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, mentorship, and aviation. Currently serving as Managing Director at Techstars Workforce Development since August 2019, Cass supports impact-driven startups focused on enhancing human potential. Previous roles at Techstars include Head of Partner Development and Director of Business Development, where efforts concentrated on investment and mentorship for promising technology startups. Cass also holds the position of Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business, recognized for excellence in entrepreneurship education. As a former CEO and co-founder of Uvize, a Techstars-acquired company, Cass developed a platform for mentorship program management. Additional experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for eTown and a decade in the US Navy as an officer and naval aviator. Cass holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder, a Certificate in Venture Capital from Columbia Business School, and a BA in Political Science from Tulane University.

We attract today’s top artists and combine them with champions of social responsibility and environmental sustainability. The eTown community comes for the music and stays for the message. The shows are recorded in front of a live audience, in our solar-powered theater, eTown Hall, which also serves as a social and environmental hub for community events. From film screenings to panel discussions, concerts, educational programming, fundraisers and more, eTown Hall attracts a vibrant community of engaged citizens.
