Eduard Justicia has a long and varied work experience. In 2008, they began their career as a Network Engineer for Entel IT Consulting. Eduard then moved to Atmira Espacio de Consultoria, where they worked as a Systems Engineer. In 2009, they joined Bankia as a Systems Analyst and Systems Engineer, where they were responsible for managing services provided by suppliers, designing and developing necessary system services, and managing Solaris 9 SPARC platform. In 2013, they became a Technical Team Lead for wedoIT (IBM Subsidiary), where they were responsible for leading the tech vision within the company and designing and deploying systems and developments. In 2014, they became a Co-Founder & IT Advisor for Nubersia. In 2015, they became the CTO for wanna.es, where they were responsible for designing and deploying end-to-end API Rest. In 2016, they joined Fintonic as the COO LATAM, where they were responsible for establishing the company's strategy in the country at the level of product and business. In 2019, they founded Boomva, a platform for managing integral services. In 2021, they became a Partner for Fusuma, and in 2020, they became Founding Partner & CEO of etpay, providing cardless payment solutions.

Eduard Justicia has a diverse educational background. Eduard obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telematics Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2011. Eduard then went on to pursue a Master in Telecommunication Engineering from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, which they completed in 2014. In 2012, they also obtained a First Certificate from ISEEC Cambridge Institute in English Language and Literature, General. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained four certifications: AWS Certificate Solutions Architect - Associate Level from Amazon Web Services in 2016, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in 2012, Microsoft Desktop Certified Technician from Microsoft in 2007, and Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in 2007.
