Kat has extensive experience in project management and has contributed to various sectors, including retail and e-commerce, through earlier roles as Assistant Buyer for Jawad Business Group and Buyer at Zalora Philippines, as well as co-founding Ylla Shoes, which emphasized innovative design and marketing strategies. Educational qualifications include a Professional Diploma in Project Management from UC San Diego Extended Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Management Economics from Ateneo de Manila University.
