Regina Gradias is an experienced affordable housing advocate currently working with the California Coalition for Rural Housing and serving on the Tribal & Indigenous Planning Executive Council for the American Planning Association. Regina holds multiple roles, including Community Engagement Coordinator at AICLS, where responsibilities encompass conducting community listening sessions and coordinating language revitalization training. Regina also serves as Community Engagement & Outreach Coordinator for the California Clean Air Project at ETR, focusing on building relationships within tribal communities and promoting indoor air quality education. Previous experience includes roles in youth services and academic advising, demonstrating a commitment to supporting underrepresented populations and fostering community engagement. Regina is pursuing a Master of Science in Community Development at the University of California, Davis, having previously earned a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Seattle University and a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Washington.
