Dominic Broom

Dominic Broom is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in trade finance and digital financial services. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and founder of ETR Digital since February 2025, Broom focuses on enhancing working capital performance through Digital Negotiable Instruments. As Chairman of the Board at Bromley High School GDST since September 2020, Broom has been involved with the School Governing Board since 2019. Additionally, Broom is a Trustee Director at The Chartered Institute of Export & International Trade, having held the position of Hon Treasurer from 2019 to 2023. Previous roles include SVP of Working Capital Technology at Arqit, where Broom developed quantum secure financial services applications, and Chief Executive Officer Designate at FINEON Exchange, launching a global digital marketplace for trade finance assets. Broom's background includes significant positions at BNY Mellon, where Broom led global trade sales and transaction banking teams, and ABN AMRO Bank in trade services.
