Selena Beckford has a diverse work experience that spans across different companies. Selena started their career at CWT in 2014 as a Travel Agent and Front Office Representative, where they provided customer service support and participated in staff and training meetings. Selena later took on the role of Support Specialist II, where they provided customer service support and served as a process improvement consultant. During this time, they also worked on a project to standardize scripted documentation and develop a bank of PF Keys to increase efficiency and accuracy. Selena then joined eTRANSERVICES Corp. in 2020 as a Jr. Program/Project Support Analyst. In this role, they acted as a liaison between government customers and internal software developers, identifying and communicating customer needs to enhance software services and products. Selena later became a Service Delivery Manager before transitioning to their current role as a Project/Program Support Analyst.

Selena Beckford completed their education from 2008 to 2012 at Brooke Point High School, where they obtained a Diploma of Education.
