Sheneka Smith has a diverse work experience in various roles. Sheneka currently holds the position of Senior Business Analyst at eTRANSERVICES Corp. since October 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Sheneka has pursued additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. Sheneka obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2021. In June 2020, they obtained the Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM. Most recently, in February 2023, Sheneka achieved the ITIL 4 Foundation certification from PeopleCert.
