Roula Berikou has a diverse work experience in the travel industry. Roula started their career as a Travel Manager & Hostess in 2014 while being self-employed. Roula then worked as an Onboard Courier at Wings On-Board - Global onboard courier network from October 2015 to October 2016. In November 2016, Roula joined Qatar Airways as a Flight Attendant and remained in that role until November 2017. Roula then worked as a VIP Flight Attendant at SIPJ - Sonnig International Private Jets from March 2018 to August 2018. In February 2018, they briefly served as a Flight Attendant at Olympus Airways before transitioning to a Crew Planning Officer role from August 2018 to March 2022. At the same time, Roula worked as an Owner, providing VIP Personal Assistant services from April 2019 to March 2020. Currently, they are working at the Etraveli Group as a Multilingual Travel Agent since January 2022 and was later promoted to the position of Customer Service Team Lead in May 2023.

Roula Berikou completed their Bachelor's degree in International & European Studies at the University of Piraeus from 2012 to 2018. In 2018, they attended The Vip Excellence - Flight Attendant Career Center for a seminar in VIP Aviation. Roula also obtained an International Diploma in Travel & Tourism from Vellum Global Educational Services in the same year. Before their university education, Roula attended the 9th High School of Athens from 2009 to 2012, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown. In July 2020, they obtained a certification in European Flight Time Limitations from the Joint Aviation Authorities Training Organization.
