Jan Marius Marquardt

Jan Marquardt is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with a diverse portfolio of leadership roles in technology and innovation. Currently serving as a Member of the Investment Committee at IFB Innovationsstarter GmbH, Marquardt is also the Founder and CEO of Zive, focused on building Europe's leading AI platform for work. As a Venture Partner at Endeit Capital, expertise is leveraged in the realms of Future of Work and AI. Notably, Marquardt has been the Chairman of the Board and Group CEO at Haiilo since its inception, following the successful rebranding from COYO, which Marquardt bootstrapped to €20M ARR. Additionally, Marquardt holds multiple leadership positions, including Chairman of the Board at Elona Health and AMS Immobilien-Service GmbH, Co-Founder of Reekruit and neuefische GmbH, and has served on the Advisory Board at Kendox AG.
