Ming-Sheng Tung

Ming-Sheng Tung is a seasoned professional in the field of DRAM circuit design, currently serving as Technical Staff at 鈺創科技 since June 2016. Previous experience includes a role as IC Design Engineer at Elite Semiconductor Memory Technology Inc from September 2006 to November 2015, where DRAM circuits were designed. Ming-Sheng also held the position of Section Manager, overseeing process integration at Promos Semiconductor Industries Inc from July 2000 to August 2006, and worked as an Engineer at Nanya Technology from September 1999 to June 2000. Education credentials include a Master's degree from National Central University in Optical Science and Engineering, obtained between 1995 and 1997, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Chung Yuan Christian University, completed from 1990 to 1994.
