Erik Grimm

Erik Grimm began their work experience in 2010 as a Training Camp Intern for the Minnesota Vikings Football. Throughout their career, they worked in various roles including Marketing Intern at the Sports Institute, Group Sales Intern at Milwaukee Bucks Inc., and Client Services & Marketing Specialist at Miller & Miller Law Firm LLC. In 2011, they became a Supervisor/Server at Water Street Brewery. From 2013 to 2021, Erik worked at Form & Fitness as a Certified Personal Trainer, where they coordinated strength and conditioning programs, conducted training sessions, and performed fitness evaluations. In 2021, they joined ETS Performance as the Director of Operations.

Erik Grimm obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management and Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato, in the years 2007 to 2011. In 2013, they also obtained certification as a NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
